Dodoo Passionfruit

Passionfruit experienced three harvest for a year. The characteristics of a good passion fruit to be processed into lunkhead is as follows.
a. Skin color is purple or yellow fruit
b. Typical fruit aroma
c. Fruit stalks shrivel
d. Tender pieces of meat texture

How to Make Passion Dodoo
Passion fruit (juice taken) 1 kg
1 kg pumpkin
Sugar 1 ¼ kg

How to Make:
1. Wash and separate passionfruit pulp from the seeds with a sieve
2. Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds
3. Destroy passion fruit and meat to be pureed pumpkin
4. Mix the passion fruit and pumpkin porridge with sugar
5. Cook the mixture over low heat porridge for ± 30 minutes. Stirring constantly until thickened
6. chill
7. Lunkhead into small pieces and packed in plastic
